This course is designed to meet the needs of students who are taking their first course in agribusiness management.
- To understand various marketing and management principles.
- To apply these principles in solving of agribusiness problems.
Two weekly lectures will be organized in a similar way as they are presented in the required text book with local examples given to understand the theories as they are related to Hawaiian agriculture.
Exams and Quizzes
Two midterm exams, each worth 100 points, and 5 case studies, 25 points, and 75 class attendance and 100 major case study.
