Dr. Ruth E. Robison
Ruth Robison has served as International Student Services Director at University of Hawai’i at Hilo for the past ten years. The prior two years she was involved with Institutional Research for the University and Student Affairs.
From 1982 to 1994 she held the position of Psychometrist, in charge of placement testing at Hawaii Community College and UH Hilo. She earned her Master’s and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
