The students and faculty of the Mathematics Department manned a display they
made during UHH's Major Day.
Some of our Computer Science (CS) friends also came by (they were actually in
the next table) to show us the prototype for their new supercomputer
cluster (they are actually building one).
Nick Okamoto, Wendy Wells and Dr. Anderson (aka Dr. "A") |
Nick Okamoto, Leilani Lee Loy and Robin Hjelmeir (CS) with some Platonic solids
(Robin is holding a model that demonstrates the duality of the Icosahedron
and the Dodecahedron, which was built by Leilani)

this is perfect example of the advantages of perspective) |
