CHECKING THE VACUUM CONTROL PANEL

6) Check the lights on the vacuum door.

  • The V1, V2, and V3 gate valve lights should be on.
  • Also the P2 pump and the diffusion pump lights should be on.
  • The V1 light will be off if you have the Sample Chamber Open.
