5) All of the Red lights should be on ....

(Unless the stage elevator is raised. Then the stage down light will be off.)

The microprobe will not function if the LN2, Diffusion Pump Water, Lens Water, and Gun Chamber Closed lights are not on. The Sample Chamber light will go on if you are changing samples.
