SHUTTING DOWN THE MICROPROBE

16. Turn off the Vacuum Control Panel

  • After turning off the Diffusion Pump (allowing it to cool for 20 - 30 minutes) and shutting off the P1 Pump. You can now shut off the power to the Vacuum Control Panel.
  • This is done with a small toggle switch in the lower left hand corner marked ON/OFF.
