David Phillips

David Phillips has completed a Ph.D. in geophysics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. His research involved installation of GPS stations in the South Pacific and Antarctica. Dr. Phillips is now employed at UNAVCO, and married to UHH geology major Francine Coloma, who spent many years working at the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory.
