Waves are splashing over the Bayfront Highway.  On a sunny day, a group of people is watching surfers catch waves in the bay. A surfer is paddling out to the waves to join another group of surfers. Various surfers are then seen catching waves. Many boats are in the background. At the end, a man is walking on the side of the road with a surfboard that is broken in half.
