Cancellations and Refunds
Any amendments or cancellations must be made in writing to the UH-Hilo Conference Center. Cancellations received in writing before May 31 will receive a full refund less a $75 administration fee. There will be no refunds processed after May 31 (see page 14). For delegates withdrawing within six weeks of the conference, substitute delegates are welcome but please notify the Conference Center of name changes.

	Section III:	Conference Registration ($375 before March 15, 2003)
	Section IV:	Optional and Guest Meals
	Section V:	Field Trips ($60 or $75 per person)
	Section VI:	Pre- and Post-Conference Thematic Workshops ($35)
	Section VII:	Campus Housing (for hotels, see travel & lodging)
	Section VIII:	Payment Instructions

 Student Registration

Bone fide students in a degree course in 2003 are eligible for a substantially discounted registration to Cities on Volcanoes 3. Discounted student registrations are as follows:

To qualify for this registration fee you must certify that you are a full time student enrolled in either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the time of the meeting. YOU MUST ALSO GET YOUR ADVISOR'S ENDORSEMENT. If you are enrolling by mail or fax, please include this studentform.pdf with your registration. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING ELECTRONICALLY YOU MUST FAX OR MAIL THIS FORM TO THE ADDRESS PRINTED ON THE MAIN REGISTRATION FORM:
