18 FINAL EXAM May 7 Tuesday 7:30-9:30 am in W-1 150 pts.

We will be covering the text from Chapter 15 to Chapter 26, time permitting. This
schedule is TENTATIVE and is subject to CHANGE as necessary.

NOTE: Study chapter summaries and Key Terms. Answers to the colored problems are
provided on pages 1022-1045. Useful data are in Appendicies A-E, pp. 1003-1019 and the Glossary, pp. G1-G17.

Hints:
As in Chem 124, it is essential for the understanding of the material, to be able
to do the problems. A suggested study guide is as follows: 1. Read the text
before lecture. 2. Re-read the material after lecture. 3. Be able to do the
Sample Exercises. 4. do the Practice Exercises. 5. Do the colored Exercises in
the back. 6. Do the other Exercises for practice. Remember when you are doing the
problems to consider what you will be allowed to use during the quiz and how I
grade the quizzes. Always allow yourself enough study time; you can not cram for
this course. This semester is more mathematically intense than 124.
