E-Commerce Certificate Successful business organizations today must be able to respond to the fast-changing global environment of e-commerce. This certificate program offers a unique combination of computer science and business courses. The intent is to produce highly skilled workers who have both strong technical foundation in Internet site development and management, and an understanding of how businesses must plan their structures and strategies to compete successfully in the world of global e-commerce. The integration of technology and business is central to this program. Certificate Description Successful completion (grade of C or better) in Eng 100 and Math 104 or the equivalent is prerequisite for admission to the program. The certificate requires two years to complete and consists of seven courses, four from Computer Science and three from Business. The expected sequence of offerings is: Fall Year One
