| Description: | The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. It is excellent for rehabilitating after injury, for performing artists, athletes, and all levels of skill. The Pilates Intermediate Matwork course will be a continuation from DANC 110 with emphasis on more difficult strength and stamina skills. |
