Course:	Education Program 500
Title:	Master's Studies
Description:	ED 500 is offered as a 1-credit course, with credit awarded upon completion of the Master's program requirements. Credit for this course does not count toward meeting degree requirements. Students must be registered during the term in which the degree is to be awarded. "NG" is given for noncompletion of requirements. Upon completion of the Master's program, or acceptance of the research paper, a grade of S is given. This course provides Master's candidates, who matriculate as a cohort, the opportunity to fulfill program requirements after completion of required courses. As such, it is a placeholder which maintains student enrollment and active facilitation of research.
