Title: Cultural Resource Management
Description: Covering issues pertaining to the identification, evaluation, and conservation of culture resources, with an emphasis on archeological sites. Central topics include the National Historical Preservation Act, the Native American Graves Protection and Repartition Act, Hawai’i State legislation regarding cultural resources, and the implementation of these laws in Hawai’i by government and private organizations.
