Title: 20th Century Composition Techniques
Description: Study of the major compositional techniques and esthetics of 20th century music, including parallelism, atonality, serialism, pandiatonicism, neo-classicism, indeterminacy, extended techniques, electronic music, neo-romanticism, and eclecticism. Examine important schools of composition, analysis of major works, and composition exercises.
