- Go to the UH system bookstore online to buy PC and Mac desktop and notebook computers, peripherals, and software for personal educational use. The UH system offers these with educational discounts.
- WebCT.com
- WebCT (Web Course Tools) is used by most web-based/web-enhanced courses in the UH system. In the UH system, over 700 courses per semester use WebCT as the primary vehicle for instruction or to supplement regular courses in which instruction occurs in the classroom or laboratory. WebCT is connected to Banner, so that students enrolled in WebCT courses have automatic access to those courses.

- This website provides an overview of distance learning courses and programs, training resources, and other information for faculty and students interested in and participating in distance learning.
- UH Hilo Distance Learning Website
- Using the system's DL network to reach students across the state, UH Hilo has offered baccalaureate programs in Computer Science, English, Hawaiian Studies, and Marine Science, and is currently offered the BA in Psychology.
