How to schedule the room: Faculty follow your normal departmental room request procedures with UH Hilo CAS during regular sessions and CCECS for summers and weekends.

Faculty accounts: All ACSLABS faculty PC accounts work here. If you are faculty and need an account, email acs-info@uhh.hawaii.edu.

Student accounts: Students will be issued accounts if the instructors ask for them. UHHL accounts will also work here.

Who can use the this lab? This is normally scheduled for classes by instructors. Students needing access should speak with their respective instructors.

Loading new software: All software must be loaded by Academic Computing Services (ACS). Faculty may contact acs-info@uhh.hawaii.edu , providing proof of licensing and master copies of the software, at least two full business weeks in advance . Testing and loading of any new program must be done such that the established programs do not fail. It is unfortunate, but sometimes bad things occur, especially with software that accompany text books. So please beware!

ACS will not load private copies of software.
