The simplest way to fix email problems is to start at the MyUH site, which has a line to get you to where you can change your password, should you have forgotten it. MyUH is also a way for you to apply for a UHH Email account if you don't already have one.
If you really get stuck, you may have to visit the UH Hilo Computing
Center (UHHCC). The UHHCC is in the same building as the
UHH bookstore on the upper floor. (HawCC students need to see HawCC staff
located in the same building.)
MyUH is a portal in which you can register for classes, add/drop classes and VIEW YOUR GRADES by using your UH email account name and password.
Please treat your password like money. Anyone who knows your password can send EMAIL in your name, view YOUR confidential data and even drop classes on you. Further, any abuses your account is used for is your personal responsibility.
While your EMAIL account and access to UH technology systems are primarily there for your academic use, you are encouraged to use your EMAIL account to keep in contact with friends and family. We at UH are reasonable people and therefore we have reasonable expectations. So please, enjoy your time at UHH and may you be successful!
