Enter your email address and the UCR# of the Unsafe Condition Report for which you'd like to see the status.
The UCR# is the unique number assigned to the Unsafe Condition Report that you file. When you file a report, a confirmation page displays this number and a confirmation email containing the UCR# is sent to the email you provided. If you did not write down the UCR# and you have lost or did not receiv the confirmation email, contact the UH Hilo Environmental Health and Safety Office.
