Unsafe Condition Reports

It is the mission of the University of Hawaii at Hilo's EHSO to ensure a safe campus environment for faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
EHSO endeavors to achieve this goal through the development and administration of health and safety programs critical to the university experience. Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to report any conditions which they feel may create an unsafe environment.
Once a report is submitted, it is automatically sent to the Environmental Health and Safety Office for review. The unsafe condition will be investigated and the responsible department or unit will be contacted in order to correct the issue. This may require submittal of work order requests and/or contracting outside resources as necessary.
