Billing

You will not be sent a bill. After you register, your tuition and fee total will appear in your account summary. To view your account summary, log in to the MyUH portal (https://myuh.hawaii.edu/cp/home/displaylogin), click on “View Charges/Make Payment.” Be aware that making changes in your schedule may affect the amount due, so check your account summary each time you make a change.

Payment deadline for for early and regular registration is February 1, 2010.

Payment must be RECEIVED or you must sign up for the payment plan by the end of the late registration period at the campus offering the course. You are responsible for paying for applicable tuition and fees. Registration will not be automatically cancelled for non payment. If payment is not received or you have not signed up for the payment plan by February 1, 2010, the University of Hawai‘i may place a financial hold on your student account until this obligation is paid in full. Additionally, the University may deny you further registration and/or cancellation of registration, transcripts, diplomas and other University services.

If you do not plan to attend classes, please drop all of your courses by January 22, 2010 AND notify the Financial Aid Office, if you are a financial aid recipient. Failure to do so will make you liable for any charges incurred. You will be responsible for any financial aid that is disbursed to you.

Check with the campus offering the course for refund and withdrawal procedures.

On or after November 30, 2009 February 1, 2010
Last Day to Drop Classes with a 100 percent refund for UH Hilo is January 22, 2010. Check with your home campus for the exact date. You are responsible to pay for any classes for which you are registered, whether you attend or not.

Registration is not complete until payment for your classes has been processed by the Cashier's office.

By registering for classes, you agree that you are accepting financial responsibility for payment of charges for educational services. These charges may include but are not limited to tuition, student activity fees, course and other registration fees, room, meal plans, and collection costs that the University of Hawaii incurs in the collection of unpaid balances.
