Grades MUST be in MyUH by Monday, December 21, 2009 by 12:00 noon. Grades WILL be processed on December 21, 2009.

Please note: Late grade submission will require the faculty person to complete a "Change of Grade Form" for each student who did not receive a final grade by the deadline. Due to the University closure, our office staff will be unavailable to assist you on December 21st and we are unable to extend the final grade due deadline. We will be processing grades on December 21st.

Registration Override Codes

Instructors are under no obligation to sign a Registration Override Form. It is up to the instructor on a case-by-case basis. Instructor may enter override directly in MyUH Portal.

Multiple codes may be required.

• class is closed (PERMIT)
• class requires instructor or departmental permission (AUTHORIzation)
• course has a prerequisite which you must meet (AUTHORIzation)
• class has a time conflict with another required class (TIME)
• a co-requisite course is required which was completed previously (COREQUISITE)
• student wants to change the section of the course (DUPLICATE)
• late add - during second week of instruction (AUTHORIzation)
• students academic level prohibits from registering (LEVEL)
• classes have a program restriction such as Nursing, Business (PROGRAM)
