Applicant must be a woman graduate of a Big Island High School, or a female student at UH-Hilo with resident status.

Purpose: The purpose of the Osher Reentry Scholarship Program is to provide
scholarships for tuition costs to “reentry” students. “Reentry” students are
individuals approximately between the ages of 25-50 whose collegiate studies

who are resuming their university studies.
