My favorite thing about UH Hilo is...
International students are comfortable on our campus. Students have commented on the diversity (they blend in) and the open spaces (the beauty of the campus itself), and the combination of open spaces and a small student population is surprising to many.
I think UH Hilo is a good school because...
of the "living laboratory" that surrounds us.It provides unparalled opportunities for study in the natural sciences.
UH Hilo provides an oppportunity for students from the South Pacific and the Pacific Rim to develop the skills their nations will need to meet future challenges and to thrive in the years ahead.
On a personal level, students who are looking for an open and accepting culture, find it!
