I cannot access my UHH Orientation account. What should I do?
Please check that you are a registered with Univeristy of Hawaii at Hilo and have a current hawaii.edu email address (example janedoe@hawaii.edu). If the problem persists, please email us at uhhntrso@hawaii.edu.
When is my payment for orientation due?
Payment is due by July 31, 2008. Failure to cancel your orientation registration will result in a charge being placed on your student account. Failure to pay will result in a financial hold placed on your account that may prevent you, in the future, from registering for classes or getting transcripts.
When is the last day to sign up for orientation?
The last day to register for orientation is July 31, 2008.
When will my payment be processed?
Orientation Fees will be posted to your MyUH account within 3 business days. Unpaid balances will result in a financial obligation.
