I cannot access my UHH Orientation account. What should I do?
Please check that you are a registered with Univeristy of Hawaii at Hilo and have a current hawaii.edu email address (example janedoe@hawaii.edu). If the problem persists, please email us at uhhntrso@hawaii.edu.
When will my payment be processed?
Orientation Fees will be posted to your MyUH account within 3 business days. Unpaid balances will result in a financial obligation.
