So whats a brown dwarf star and why do they matter? To astronomers, brown dwarfs are literally the “missing links” between planets and stars: they are much bigger than planets but much smaller than stars. Topic for Mauna Kea skies program with special guest Dr. Loic Albert from IFA. Admission is $5 for members and $8 for non-members.
