Basic Description of what the PWDG is...

The class will be run by it's members, but have no fear we will work gradually towards this. The first couple meetings we will learn basic workouts for stress relief/exercise that we will use each time.

Then...moving forward we will be inviting guest choreographers from all kines of dance..belly dance, african, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, jazz... and they will teach us fun routines to get us excited about dance in all forms. Then we will become the teachers.

We will teach our own style of dance, taking from what we have learned and we will also have many videos to take home for inspiration. Sharing members will create choreography to share with the whole group, themed dances that will be used for performance throughout the semester.

Now for the really exciting part.... The dances we create will turn into a live performance.

**It is optional to perform

Don't let this opportunity pass you by..
