2008 National Biennial Print Exhibition at UH Hilo

The 2008 Pacific States Biennial National Print Exhibition has opened in the Campus Center 3rd floor galleries at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. The exhibition, juried by prominent New York City public artist Tomie Arai, is on display until mid-April 2009. There is no admission charge.
Arai’s own works are in the collections of the Library of Congress, the Avon Corporate Collection, the Bronx Museum of the Arts, the Japanese American National Museum, the Museum of Modern Art and the Whitney Museum of American Art. For the 2008 print exhibition, Arai selected 45 prints by 37 artists from 23 states, including Hawai`i.
