What do you want your life to be like? What makes you happy?
Learn how to tap into the laws of attraction and the powers of visualization in a two-day workshop presented by the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service. Classes are Wednesdays, October 1 and 8, from 5-8 p.m. in K107 on the UH Hilo campus.
Instructor Christina Ingenito will help students learn how to tap into these principles to create the ideal life. Visualization helps people to see the things they want in their lives and to feel what it is like to actually have them.
In this class, students will construct their own vision boards. A vision board helps to lay out their dreams, intentions, desires and goals in a tangible way. Creating the boards helps to bring them into reality through constant awareness on a conscious and subconscious level.
Tuition is $35 with a $5 discount for Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) members. Call CCECS at 974-7664 for registration or more information.
