Alternative health practices class offered

The University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Services offers the second series of classes on alternative health practices, “Exploring the Road Less Traveled in Healthcare II.” Classes are held on Tuesdays and begin on September 9, 5:30-6:30 pm, in UCB 115. Cost is $25 for all 8 classes, with a $5 discount for members of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.

Local practitioners will discuss their areas of expertise, including Craniosacral Therapy, Crystals, Acupressure, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Pranic Healing, Bio-kinesiology, Infrared Sauna and the Medical Assistance Program (MAP).
