For Immediate Release
The University of Hawaii at Hilo has a new Masters of Education class starting in the Spring 2005 semester. There are still openings in the two-and-a-half-year, part-time, fully accredited program designed for working educators, which is the fourth class since UH Hilo began offering the M.Ed. degree. Classes start in January 2005, and are scheduled to accommodate teachers who teach year-round school schedules. The application deadline is December 1, 2004.
“We are looking for teachers who wish to deepen their quest for excellence via classroom research,” said Dr. Manu Aluli Meyer, the cohort coordinator. “We are looking for anyone who is in the teaching profession: elementary teachers; secondary teachers; community college teachers; alternative site teachers; ESL teachers and private school teachers—all teachers.”
For more information, contact Meyer at 974-7749 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
