The public is invited to a free public lecture on “Through the Eyes of a Blind Man: an Ethnographer at the 9th Festival of Pacific Arts, Koror, Palau” by Professor Peter Black on Monday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m. at the University of Hawaii at Hilo , K Building, Room 127.

Black is an anthropologist at George Mason University in Virginia. His talk is sponsored by the UH Hilo Anthropology Department and the Pacific Islands Studies Program.
