Na Pua No`eau, the Center for Gifted and Talented Native Hawaiian Children, located on the University of Hawaii at Hilo . campus, is now accepting registrations from Hawaiian students in grades K-12 to attend its Super Saturday events. Parents are also invited to attend.

The next event for students in grades K-5 is November 15, 2003 from 8:00am to noon at the Hawai`i Community College Manono Campus. Students will learn and participate in the many aspects of "Makahiki," from games, hula and chants, food and thankfulness, and gift giving.

Plans are underway for an event in December for grades 6-12. Interested individuals are asked to register now.

Registration forms may be picked up at the Na Pua No`eau Office on the Manono Campus. For more information, please call Na Pua No`eau at (808) 974-7678.
