Focus on Agriculture Cookbook now available

The AG194X, Focus on Agriculture cookbook is now available for purchase at the University of Hawai`i at Hilo College of Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resource Management(CAFNRM).


The cookbook is a product of the Spring 2002 semester's Thursday evening TV cooking class hosted by Dr. Jack Fujii. Chefs and other personnel from various restaurants throughout the state were invited to prepare various dishes, using locally produced agricultural products. The cookbook contains a variety of ethnic recipes that will satisfy and cater to both the novice and experienced cook, along with recipes contributed by students enrolled in the course.


The cost per book is $12.00 at the College office, and can be mailed statewide for $15.00 per copy, which includes shipping and handling. Checks should be made payable to UH Hilo and sent to Dr. Jack K. Fujii, UH Hilo College of Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resource Management, University of Hawai`i at Hilo, 200 W. Kawili Street, Hilo, Hawai`i 96720-4091.
