Faculty Searches

  • Please contact the EEO/AA office at 933-0824 or eeoaa@hawaii.edu to schedule a Search Committe briefing as well as Online Form 17 training.
  • For final approval of the selectee, forward the following documents to:
    • Human Resources (Originals):
    1. All application materials requested in the ad, e.g. letter of application, transcripts, etc.
    2. Hiring Procedures for Faculty & Specialist Positions
    3. Confidentiality Agreement
    4. Ads, including a copy of all print ads (full page  with name & date of publication)
    • EEO/AA (Copies):
    1. Resume of the selectee
    2. Hiring Procedures for Faculty & Specialist Positions
    3. Confidentiality Agreement
    4. Ads, including a copy of all print ads (full page  with name & date of publication)
