What is Prohibited?

Who is Covered?
EEO/AA
UHH employees and applicants for positions; members of the public who have complaints regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Student Affairs
UHH applicants for admission, undergraduate and graduate students, including student interns and student employees.
How is a Complaint Made?
Information and counseling are provided informally. A formal complaint is initiated by filing a complaint form, obtainable from the offices listed below.
What is the Time Limit?
180 days. Consult with the offices listed below for your particular situation. You are urged to seek information as soon as possible.
