The Fitness for Life program offers non-credit courses for students of all ages, lifestyles, and skill levels. Courses range widely, and include canoe paddling, Hawaiian music, tai chi and qigong, dance, the arts and literature, languages, and more. There are fall, spring, and summer catalogs.
