The Advocacy Council for Students is to
1. Educate and empower UH Hilo and HawCC students to recognized their academic, personal, and social rights and responsibilities as members of the University community.
2. Provide peer advocates for any UH Hilo and HawCC students: prior to, during, and any grievance period.
3. Serve as a resource for any UH Hilo and HawCC students at any stage of the grievance period.
