The Island Summer Package (ISP) offers students a mini-slice of life in the islands and is open to students who are registered for at least ONE summer session credit.

This package includes:

  • Housing (provided that you are either a high school graduate or are 18 years or older)
  • A five day a week meal plan provided by Sodexho
  • A limited shuttle
  • Saturday excursions

At $1,700 a student, it is still the best game in town for the 6-week UH Hilo summer session. The $1700 fee includes a $25 non-refundable application fee.

You must be registered and paid for your summer session course(s) before being eligible to register for ISP.

Space is limited and early registration is recommended.

Deadline for registration is May 2.

Dates: June 15-July 25, 2008
Cost: $1,700 for 6-week program
Accommodations: UHH Hale 'Ikena residence hall
Meals: Three meals/day, Monday - Friday
Activities: Orientation
Saturday Excursions
