Pilates Matwork (Beginning)

This beginning matwork class based on the Pilates principles of strengthening
and flexibility is taught by UH Pilates instructor Celeste Staton. The class will
focus on developing core strength but involves a complete mindful whole body workout. Students will need to bring their own pilates or yoga mat, and a resistance band for stretching. Minimum 10 students required.

Sept 15-Nov 17, T 4:30-5:30p, UH Hilo Old Gym, 10 classes, $65

Pilates Matwork (Intermediate)

This class will continue with more challenging Pilates Matwork. Knowledge and experience in the basics will be necessary to participate as the pace will be faster. Students will need to bring their own pilates or yoga mat, and a resistance band for stretching.

Sept 17-Nov 19, Th 4:30-5:30p, UH Hilo Old Gym, 10 classes, $65
