Adult Beginning Movement

Want to put a spin on your normal cardio routine and firm up your body while challenging your mind? Then this beginning movement course may be just what you are looking for! Incorporating basic movements from various styles of dance and pilates, this course will get you moving with warm ups, core work, some simple across the floor combos, and basic choreography. Designed for those new to dance and willing to sweat and push themselves.
